The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

My stay was marred by continuous noise disruptions from other rooms. I was awakened early due to banging noises, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, the elevator was out of service, forcing me to haul luggage up three flights of stairs, which was particularly frustrating after a long day of travel.

this hotel was a disaster, between the bumpy elevator and the falling apart desk. i honestly expected a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience, but surprise, surprise! no such luck. i felt like a ghost in a haunted house with those awful odors. if only someone had prioritized my comfort! but alas, they just didn’t care.

I loved how immaculate the room and bathroom were during my stay! The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic bonus for my family Plus, the jacuzzi provided the perfect relaxation after a long day of exploring!

i found this hotel to be clean and comfortable. It’s positioned perfectly with loads of dining options nearby. i especially loved that it was just about 2 km from tom campbell's hill natural park, a great place for a leisurely walk with beautiful views of the city.

i had a great stay at best western during my trip to calgary! the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast selection was fantastic. it definitely exceeded my expectations while exploring local attractions.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub, and access to tea and coffee at all hours was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to attractions like the Calgary Zoo, making our family outings easy and enjoyable.

The room was clean once we got moved, but that first one was rough. The mattress sagged a lot, and I woke up with a sore back. The shower pressure was practically non-existent, which made washing up a bit of a chore. The staff was super nice and helped us out when we complained, so that was a plus! Plus, the location is great for the airport.
